If Obama is at the top of that pyramid of blame, his ass should be found guilty and handled accordingly. Just because he was a president doesn't make him immune to charges. Fuck, they want to arrest Trump the second he walks out of the WH as a former president, so don't tell me that we should "ignore" Obama because he was a president.
Just because of shit rolls downhill, doesn't mean I need to take his because people make him immune to prosecution.

And he should be questioned, evidence laid out publicly.

He should be proven guilty publicly, everyone around him imprisoned. He will be an embarrassed shell.
He should also have his pensions taken away too, and be forced to repay any money that was made from said lies... but we know at least one of those things won't happen.

They dragged quite a few big names from the Trump Campaign through the mud, and imprisoned in some cases... I think you may be underestimating the want for justice.
