"The Patriarchy" was a cleverly chosen word by the other side to muddy what they were talking about, and make people think it was all men vs. women, but it's a conflict of ideologies: The American Dream vs. Marxism.

A neutral observer encountering your philosophy for the fist time might easily assume you view socio-political issues as men vs women. Further explaining that your wife and daughter are on team Patriarchy will do little to clarify things. The terms matriarchy and patriarchy have pre-existing definitions that already apply to government, and they aren’t compatible with your usage. That’s all.

pa·tri·arch·y
ˈpātrēˌärkē/
noun
1 a system of society or government in which the father or eldest male is head of the family and descent is traced through the male line.
2 a system of society or government in which men hold the power and women are largely excluded from it.
3 a society or community organized on patriarchal lines.

Martin Hash Patriarchy- Liberty, Nationalism, Meritocracy

It’s going to confuse people.

Dude, I didn't choose "The Patriarchy." The opposition did.

How little you know about the human condition. I suggest my book, "Philosophy of an Old Cyber-Cowboy," available on Amazon.

p.s. You should use "The Wysest Myn in the Wyrld" (that's me) as more of a resource.

So ... why use their terminology? Doesn’t that simply allow them to frame the debate, achieving a rhetorical victory and tying your hands straight out of the gate?

How would that debate go?
“Down with The Patriarchy.”
“You don’t mean patriarchy, you mean liberty, meritocracy & Nationalism.”
“We mean The Patriarchy, you sexist man-scum.”
“You’re trying to control the narrative, you’ve taking patriarchy and redefined it.”
“What’s wrong with your ears? Down with The Patriarchy.”

I’ll try that at the next LOWV debate.
