Re: Trump on Iran
The Arabs? They're fuckin' useless, they couldn't tie their own military shoelaces without the Pentagon holding their hands.
Any war involving the Arab league and Iran, is going to get America dragged in, realpolitik.
Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC, are totally dependent on the Americans, France, and the United Kingdom.
A theater war between the Arabs and Iran, would have to be run by the Pentagon on the Arab side.

Re: Trump on Iran
Probably, but not necessarily direct action. Especially not with IDF in there too. IDF would likely carry out the strikes anyway. They would just need to use Saudi airspace and support.

The Israelis can't strike from Israel, without American support, they don't have the tankers, even if they were permitted to tank over Saudi Arabia, which, no guarantee they would, more likely the Americans would have to tank them all away around the Arabian Peninsula and back, the long way.
Which, quite sure Mr. Trump would oblige them, and no doubt Bibi has made arrangements for that already.

They can fly to Saudi Arabia. Land. Refuel. Fly to Iran. Drop bombs on targets. Fly back to Saudi Arabia. Refuel. Return to Israel.

Re: Trump on Iran
Zero chance of that, the Saudis wouldn't let the Israelis land in Saudi Arabia under any circumstances, that's patent nonsense.

Re: Trump on Iran
They are frenemies of convenience at best, they are not in anyway allies, and the House of Saud could never risk assisting Israel like that, they would be inviting revolution, which is their greatest fear, far in excess of any fear they have of Iran.
Patent nonsense on the face of it.

Re: Trump on Iran
They don't need to be allies. They have a mutual enemy who is a terror-sponsoring state (yeah, I get the hypocrisy, but it's beside the point) and neither of them have any intention of living under the constant threat of nuclear ballistic missiles from Iran.
I mean.. The United States and the USSR weren't exactly allies either, but as long as they shared a common enemy.. game on. It's the way of geopolitics.
