Vandenberg is in Cali, and that video was shot in Phoenix. Plus, orbital launches almost ALWAYS go east, to take advantage of the earths rotation. I don’t think it was heading west, unless it was a very unusual launch indeed.

Dude. The sun sets in the West. The ocean is west of California, and Vanderberg is on the ocean. Your photo is facing west.

Unless one of these three things is false, that rocket ain’t going west.
