I could go either way on the X-men joining the MCU, they exist fairly decently on their own, it's the Fantastic Four that'd I'd like to see go back to Marvel.
Getting the movies to a single studio would end the petty blacklisting Marvel has been doing to their own characters in areas outside of film.
For years Marvel has been trying to devalue the X-Men and Fantastic Four movie franchises by not making toys for them, holding the characters out of Marvel licenced games, and even going so far as to cancel the Ff comic. It's gotten a bit better recently, but fans of those characters have been getting short changed in all these areas.
The Fantastic Four movies have been doing a good job of devaluing themselves.

That's a very generous hypothetical offer, but I'm going to have to hypothetically turn it down. I didn't tell you this earlier but I don't have any experience managing anything, and it wouldn't be a good fit. Also, I don't own a suit, so that might be a problem.
