Hmmm. Maybe he thinks that will somehow mitigate the sentence or something. Most people who smoke weed do not plow into crowds of innocent people, so I'm guessing there is something mentally wrong with this guy. There's no way he was smoking weed though, because I heard Joe Rogan talk about how it makes you peaceful, creative, and empathetic.
