Personally, they should have done this with an all white cast and a black officer to really drive home the point. Morgan Freeman as the Commanding Officer, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck as the NCO's, then we could have women play all the parts of the privates. Rosie O'Donnel as the Brooklyn native, Amy Schumer from California, Ashley Judd as the farm girl.

It would be great. We could finally really understand the unfairness of life in the Army in 1917.
