Really? How many different ways are there to count a birth and a death? Wait till 8 days before counting a birth and naming a kid like my people did traditionally for boys? (Who cares about girls..) Interesting. But how big a piece is that? Any stats? I'm doubtful it can throw the "life expectancy" off by much. Reminds me a of fun story I heard on the radio about a hospital who kept a post-surgical brain dead patient alive for a year to groom their success stats. The family had no idea of the actual diagnosis.
