The Swamp Fights Back
TSA screeners win immunity from flier abuse claims: U.S. appeals court
She and her husband had sued for false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution over a July 2006 altercation at Philadelphia International Airport.

Pellegrino on Wednesday said she was reviewing the decision. A lawyer who helped with her appeal did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

According to court papers, Pellegrino had been randomly selected for additional screening at the Philadelphia airport before boarding a US Airways flight to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Pellegrino, then 57, objected to the invasiveness of the search, but conditions deteriorated and she was later jailed for about 18 hours, the papers show. Criminal charges were filed, and Pellegrino was acquitted at a March 2008 trial.

Is Rosenstein next ?
Politico says Congress is very close to impeaching Rosenstein, could happen next week.

And this out of the Page Testimony
Rosenstein Lied to Nunes

On January 3rd, 2018, House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes and DOJ Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein entered an agreement for witness testimony. One of those witnesses was FBI Attorney Lisa Page.

Lisa Page told congress today that no-one from the DOJ ever contacted her. That means Rod Rosenstein was lying.

More on Lisa Page testimony today
Page.... cooperative and credible

Multiple Republican lawmakers described Page as cooperative and credible — in marked contrast to their vituperative characterizations of Strzok — and said she answered some questions that Strzok would not.

“We certainly learned additional things today, but I can tell you that the last thing anyone wants to be is falsely accused and her willingness to cooperate today speaks well of her,” said Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.).
The interview is just the first of two slated sessions. Page is scheduled to return on Monday to continue answering questions.

“The overriding issue for us today is, will her testimony match up with his testimony?” said Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas).

Burn it down.
The ruling classifies them as a non-law enforcement agency, so they shouldn't be able to detain or charge anyone either, only disallow someone from flying

That being said, fuck this agency. Burn it down

That's my standard. For me this is incremental progress.

Not seeing much on it on CNN tonight, FOX had plenty. I take it as shock that the House actually did this. The response tomorrow should be very interesting.

Meadows and Jordan Explain why they've Issued Impeachment Documents

GOP congressman charged with securities fraud committed insider trading while he was at a White House picnic

Collins conveyed "material, nonpublic information" about an Innate Pharmaceutical drug failing a clinical trial via phone calls to his son, according to the criminal complaint.

Ummm... right...

Look at any congress person and see how they are now millionaires now compared to how much they should be making...

Insider trading is nothing new to congress. Fuck...
