They're both actors. The guy posted the video on his instagram. They worked on an actual show together this year.

Just look at the dude, tall, good looking, well built, he's clearly dorkifying himself for effect. His facebook pictures are rugged in comparison to the overly groomed slouch he portrays here.

I do believe they're friends, friends that wanted to up their profiles with a viral video, either in conjunction with the producers or with each other.
