Well, I didn't spare that dumbass any blame either. The point being, it was withdrawing troops from Iraq that made ISIS possible (Obama's mistake) and then Clinton fucking armed them. Bush's mistake was destabilizing Iraq in the first place.
Maybe Trump doesn't want to make the same mistakes..

Happened because the previous president armed rebels, and the one afterwards tried to withdraw troops, after a 10-year quagmire to nowhere. DEFINITELY not the fault of the one in the middle. He dindu nuffin.
