Even Snopes recognizes that the US was funding bio labs in Ukraine. The labs are there, they are US funded, the only thing in question is what the labs were doing.

The Russians say they were producing Anthrax, Bubonic Plague and something else. Ukraine and the US aren't commenting, the MSM is fact checking and saying the Russian claim is false. The US embassy in Ukraine pulled all references to the labs.

Given what we've learned about US involvement in Wuhan, it's not a stretch, Hell, it might be likely that the US is outsourcing deadly pathogens in Ukraine.
