That Hillary Clinton got the questions to the debate and didn’t report it? That’s a horrible thing. That’s a horrible thing. Can you imagine that if Donald Trump got the questions to the debate? It would have been the biggest story in the history of stories. And they would have said, “immediately you have to get out of the race.” No one even talked about it. It’s a very terrible thing.

Trump is referring to a revelations from the hacked emails of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta that were released by WikiLeaks. One showed that current interim DNC chair Donna Brazile, in her former role as a CNN commentator, passed along a question from a town hall produced by that network and TV One. Brazile also tipped off the Clinton campaign that a question in a primary debate would come from a woman dealing with the aftermath of lead poisoning in Flint, Mich. After the revelations, Brazile resigned her role with CNN.

The top two officials at the Defense Intelligence Agency said Wednesday that they will retire from those positions in the coming months, part of a leadership shake-up at an agency that is under pressure to trim budgets and shift focus after more than a decade of war, current and former U.S. officials said.

Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn is expected to end his tenure as DIA director this summer, about a year before he was scheduled to depart, according to officials who said Flynn faced pressure from Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr. and others in recent months. His deputy, David Shedd, had been in his job since 2010.

The moves come at a time when the DIA is in the midst of major changes, including an effort by senior Pentagon officials to expand the agency’s network of spies overseas, improve collection on unfolding crises such as the one in Ukraine, and work more closely with the CIA.
