If Mexico is going to pay for the wall, why does Trump need money from Congress?

No response and no courage to just admit you are wrong. The Constitution clearly gives him that authority. I just quoted it twice. Instead of admitting it says what it says, you just ignore it and act slighted. Sad.

Sad that neither of you would be willing to buy me a Playstation 4 with all the games I want, even though the globalists tell you that is something you shouldn't do. Why are you scared of them? Just because they say I shouldn't get a Playstation 4+games, doesn't mean you have to listen. Stand up to globalism. Seriously.

Here's some quick reading on the Invasion Clause. It's an interesting issue, and one that was on the front burner in the 18th c.:

Nah, pretty sure it doesn't say they can seize the entire border because gang members from other countries have illegally made their way in. No matter how many times you quote it. That does not an invasion make.

"seize the entire border" LMFAO

It is the federal government's job.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States

Also note the "when the Legislature cannot be convened"..

It's his job to secure the border from mass invasion of foreigners. It's literally one of the few explicit powers he has.

It's not explicit because there is no definition for invasion, as Fife cited, and it has been a question since the founding. Your entire argument rests on your personal definition and your interpretation of the word, ie, illegal aliens, some of whom are drug dealers and gangsters entering the country. Apparently, many legal minds have long debated the issue and they don't think the word means what you do, the courts have refused to clarify, so it is not explicit in any sense of the word.

LOL

There is no question. We already dealt with this shit the last time large numbers of Mexicans illegally invaded our nation and committed rampant crimes. Wilson sought no Congressional approval to secure the border because it is the constitutional duty of the President to do so.

We have already dealt with this before. Read a history book on General Pershing and Pancho Villa.

You're the one not reading, try it out. It is crystal clear that it is not well defined that Trump has the authority to build a wall along the border.

lol, lmao, LOL, LMAO

Do I need to quote the United States Constitution again?

Is it the role of the federal government to protect states from invasion? Check.

How do they do that? Army and Navy.

Who commands the Army? President.

Boom. Boom. Boom. Get the fuck out of here.
