I know I just bad mouth my Ford Focus, but when it's working it has punch. You're talking about a Subaru right? That's a make I know nothing at all about. What makes it so appealing?

Always a shame to see someone lose their temper. Everyone has their breaking point and it sounds as though Jacobs was being obnoxious. Gianforte claims there was offensive touching before he acted and it sounds like there were several witnesses, so I suppose we'll just have to see whether there's any truth to that. If there wasn't, well the law is the law and he'll either have to admit guilt and make restitution, or roll the dice with a little trial.
