The animosity towards that is very eye-opening.

I mean.. I think I get it. The same people freaking out over the military parade in this forum are the ones who get upset when I argue it's only a matter of time before the military takes over. I think they must know the American people think FAR more highly of the military than they do of the elected politicians, and the only thing that keeps this from happening is the commitment by the generals to the Constitution (which, ironically, the legislators and president have ZERO commitment to).

It is a nonstop tsunami of AIDS. Wanna know why so many of these businesses are failing, while the ones you mention are prospering? Being a part of something bigger than you is fulfilling. Troops marching in perfect unison is also very, very cool. The media AIDS also programs people to think only Nazis would do this. THE TORCH RELAY

The 1936 Games were the first to employ the torch run. Each of 3,422 torch bearers ran one kilometer (0.6 miles) along the route of the torch relay from the site of the ancient Olympics in Olympia, Greece, to Berlin. Former German Olympian Carl Diem modeled the relay after one that had been run in Athens in 80 B.C. It perfectly suited Nazi propagandists, who used torchlit parades and rallies to attract Germans, especially youth, to the Nazi movement.

The torch itself was made in 1936 by Krupp, a German company better known for its production of steel and armaments.
