The Special Counsel investigation is quite illegal. There are written processes to this, and they were not followed. The DOJ is supposed to go through a preliminary investigation (I think a min of 90 days) and then they get a Special Counsel, outline the Crimes to Investigate and turn them loose.

There was no DOJ preliminary investigation and there are still no specific crimes to investigation......... it's bullshit.
