Like I said earlier, I've been out for the last 2 days. Last I knew many of the packages had postage, but did not go through a post office, another was delivered by a courier.

If those facts are true, and he's the guy................... he had help.

Seeing as some of the packages were intercepted at post offices I think you must have been misinformed.
