Chessgate was the scandal we deserved.

Trump vs. Kasparov, Big Macs against vodka milkshakes on the floor of the main ballroom of Trump Tower during the finals would have been fantastic.

Mueller Report: The Trump Chessgate Scandal That Never Happened

The Democrats are treating the Mueller Report as if it is the biggest GOTCHA ever! The idiotic footnotes and Chessgate that never was show us just how much of a waste of time and money this “investigation” was.

Ahhhh Chessgate! You could’ve been a contender!

It doesn't really matter. By blocking the wall, the GOP ensured they are no longer a relevant political party. Demographically, the GOP is dead and civil war is ensured. So fuck it. No point in obsessing over Mueller at this point.

Get out into the country and prepare.
The country is fill with stupid rubes, racists and bigots..................... folks should stay in the cities with the enlightened and clean people.
At this point it doesn't even matter to pretend. Maladapted humans are going to gravitate into those cities regardless. The future of our species will get the fuck away from those places while the getting is good.

The cities are a like evolutionary roach motels.
When it all falls apart, the farmers will be sitting amongst fields of dying food crops - well fed, but the excess rotting into the fields unharvested.

The cities will be full of dead starving people.

Depends on where the farmers live. Here in Appalachia, most of the farming is still smallish family farms. The geography is terrible for corporate farming. Back in the 70s and 80s when the banks and Big Agra conspired to steal all the farm land with the complicity of Washington D.C. cronies, they really went after the Midwestern arable land that was all very flat and typically parceled out in large rectangles. The people farming that land now are just corporate employees.

My best guess for what happens to the food supply when we begin to break up is that the cities will try their best to lock down the Midwestern grain belt. They also will manage to gain control of much of the vegetable and fruit production along the Pacific coast. Those Midwestern areas have a fair amount of beef and pork production coupled with the corn fields, but not enough meat to really feed cities. Most cities will subsist on grains with a modest amount of veggies from California if this event happens before peak oil. If after peak oil, they will have to focus on just securing and transporting the grains into the cities. This, I think, is how it will go down, and the split (war) will happen with peak oil acting as a catalyst.

Appalachia will have a fair amount of grains and vegetables. Lots of pork and chicken, a little bit of beef. Plenty of fruit too; apples, pears, cherries, blueberries, etc.

The Far West will likely be heavy on beef, potatoes, and some veggies.

The food distribution, geographically, is not terrible for any one region. The demographic situation for the cities, however, is fatal.

I've seen 5 minutes of this, it looks pretty bad from my perspective. Mueller can't answer details, constantly asks for questions to be restated.

He's asking questions to be reinstated because he is trying to run out the clock out so he doesn't have to answer questions. As we have been seeing more and more as it goes with the Republicans. If you noticed the gavel is pretty hard on the Republicans but we barely hear it on the Democrats... seems they don't want people to attack the messenger.

It's pretty much pleading the 5th without doing so.
