Yup, I'm starting to clean out the basement now, it is a lot of work because the absentee landlord left everything a mess. The first thing I need to do is create an air filter system for down stairs and possibly work on rewiring the rooms because it looks like messed everything up down there.
I'm also going to have to hire a plumber to come down and re-plumb the entire basement, it looks like whoever did it last time went to Jr. Highschool and didn't know how to set up a basement properly. There are so many cables and pipes running around it looks like about $1000 worth of extra copper in the Plumber's and my future if this works out right.

Remember not to use jet fuel to melt your steel.
Actually, I was thinking about creating an induction coil for that. Otherwise, I was going to use propane.

Seriously tho, I wouldn't want that kind of heat in my basement. Sounds like a serious hazard. Also, probably breaks your insurance policy.
