Re: Coronavirus thread
This will go down as the final betrayal by the Most Useless Generation. Burned down the world to save themselves from the fucking flu.

They were just hapless dupes of the egalitarians.
It’s the ideology, not the generation. The self-absorption of Boomer retirees was exploited but it wasn’t the cause. Monte was the cause.

I said the majority of this since the beginning, showing statistics from Mass as proof. I am so tired of people with a higher education coming around to thinking that I said and pushed out months ago as proof.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Nov 27, 2020 5:13 pmImagine that.

Especially in a democracy where the majority of people would benefit in the short term by attempting to make it “fair.”SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 1:37 amHow the hell are you supposed to fight childlike notions of fairness??Martin Hash wrote: ↑Fri Nov 27, 2020 6:01 pmThey were just hapless dupes of the egalitarians.

I'm probably the most COVID sensitive person left posting here. I get that most of you think it's nothing. I didn't post to argue the severity of COVID.
Every day now I read another report of some elected official telling/ordering/voting for the populace to not do something because of COVID.
Close the salons - Pelosi gets her hair done and doesn't even wear a mask inside.
Don't gather or travel for Thanksgiving - Denver Mayor then bolts out of town to visit family on Thanksgiving.
Don't eat indoors in groups of ore than 10 - Gov. Newsom then goes out with 22 people to eat indoors, none wearing a mask.
LA county supervisor votes to ban eating outdoors, then goes out to eat....outdoors.
Coumo on CNN talking about quarantining gets caught with family hanging out at another location.
Leaders at all levels (well, Cuomo is just a reality TV hack) have failed us. Every single day another one gets caught doing the exact things they tell the rest of us not to do. Things that are too dangerous for us.
If someone like me, who is trying to be careful about COVID is sick and tired of their bullshit, then the vast majority feels at least as outraged. If they aren't following their own rules, then those rules must not really be that important. I sense a strong pushback coming on COVID restrictions.

It makes me sick how blatant they're being with their hypocrisy.PartyOf5 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 01, 2020 6:48 amI'm probably the most COVID sensitive person left posting here. I get that most of you think it's nothing. I didn't post to argue the severity of COVID.
