The only chance conservative causes have in the courts is if it gets to the SCOTUS. Every level below has become infested with liberal judges that feel activism is part of their judicial duty now.

Stoneman Douglas Shooter Was Assigned To Controversial Broward Discipline Program, Officials Admit
Broward school district officials admitted Sunday that the confessed Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School gunman was assigned to a controversial disciplinary program, after the superintendent repeatedly claimed Nikolas Cruz had "no connection" to the alternative punishment designed to limit on-campus arrests.

. . .

In his defense of the program, Runcie has touted its high success rate in preventing recidivism: Nearly 9 out of 10 kids who go to PROMISE don’t commit another offense at school that would send them back there.

He has maintained there’s no link between PROMISE and the shooting, calling it “reprehensible” that people have tried to use the tragedy to target the program.

“Let me reiterate this point,” Runcie started off during an interview in his office last month. “Nikolas Cruz, the shooter that was involved in this horrific accident at Marjory Stoneman Douglas, had no connection to the PROMISE program.”

During the same conversation, Runcie said: “I’m not going to allow a shift from what our focus needs to be to a fictitious narrative that’s being made up about a successful program that we have in Broward County that has no connection to the shooter or the situation at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.”
Close them down.

It is very clear that Public Schools cannot handle the responsibilities of safeguarding children in their care. From School shootings, to harassment on campus to female teachers raping male students. They have lost control. It's a failure, not to mention their primary goal of education.

The same type of people who murdered Alfie Evans run the government schools.

There needs to be a Zero Tolerance Policy on School Administrators that allow a shooting or rape to occur in their school.

Deputy union says it has 'no confidence' in Broward Sheriff Scott Israel

The vote is in and the numbers do not favor Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel.

A deputies’ union on Thursday announced that 85 percent of its members who voted — 534 out of 628 — cast ballots expressing “no confidence” in the sheriff’s leadership.

“He fails to listen to the people, he fails to listen to the leadership,” said Jeff Bell, president of the Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies Association. “Amazing leadership starts from the top, and there is no amazing leadership here. We are a ship out at sea with no power — adrift.”

Thats not exactly true. liberals know how to judge shop. Plenty of conservative justices and Mitch McConnel is shoving them down the liberals throat. You just hear about all the liberal decisions from the 9th circus because it fits a media narrative. Don't buy into it.

14-year-old in custody after shooting at a California high school
https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/11/us/calif ... ots-fired/
Authorities say they are trying to figure out why a 14-year-old boy went to his former high school Friday morning and began shooting a semiautomatic rifle shortly before classes were scheduled to begin.
A 15-year-old male student who was struck in the shoulder by gunfire was in surgery Friday afternoon but expected to recover fully, officials said.
The shooting happened on the campus of Highland High School in Palmdale, California, around 7 a.m. PT, even as some students still were arriving at school.
Sort of disappointed this school shooting didn't gain any traction, Highland High class of '07 suckas
