Like, you'd see these guys in coveralls going around picking up cigarette butts, shoveling snow, cleaning out immersion heaters, doing punishment PT, and they were just in limbo, they pissed somebody off, thought they'd be clever and buck the system, so they were just in permanent recourse limbo until such time as the CO had gotten his pound of flesh, they were going to be kicked out, but not on their schedule, only when the Queen was ready to let them go.

He actually quit on day two, but the Sar'Major wasn't letting him get away that easy, two weeks to "process the paper work", like we wanted rid of him, but Sar'Major was going to get his pound of flesh, the guy was literally blubbering, crying his eyes out after awhile, but Sar'Major said if we showed him mercy, we would take his place, so no mercy for him.

We are that way too except worse. We were told from Day 1 in any school or class you attend. If you fail or fall out you will be sitting in the bleachers watching this class graduate. I saw a guy break his ankle first week, 6 weeks to heal but there he was week 12 watching us graduate AIT.

Normally here you would get recoursed, you signed the contract so you can't quit, they just keep putting you back onto the next course, unless you're totally unsuitable, functionally, which, this guy was obviously.

But you don't deem yourself to be unfit, that's up to the depot, you're not free until they say you are.
