No, but I find it amazing how short sighted some states are being over their candidate loosing.

The article says your state regulators dismissed the challenge when it was determined California would have to pay for the improvements, and the fedeal agency simply backed them up.

We're just trying to make up for all those federal dollars that we give to the rest of you people.

I got an idea, think you are taxed now... how about we tax Hollywood at an 80% rate... since they think what they say is important?
