Might technically be all of us, since the most powerful AI is going to be distributed in nature. We all will control a small piece of it (or at least those of us willing to donate CPU cycles and some hard drive space.
It's not even that powerful of an AI, it's cheap, it's easy to do, Google is building an entire mini city wired for facial recognition, it's not even taxing their capabilities, it's off the shelf, the computer can crunch the facial algorithms with ease, it's very basic stuff for the network, it's not even the primary aspect of the network, it's just a sub utility in a vast ocean of code.
They already have the prototype, and there's no way the consumer will resist it, you walk right up to the building, and it basically does everything for you, it summons the elevator already set to take you to your floor, soon as you walk up the elevator, the door opens, when you get to your condo, it unlocks the door for you and everything in the apartment is already prepped for your arrival, and it started prepping as soon as it saw you get off the streetcar and start walking home.
