Trial? No, don't think anything that extreme. Should definitely be some consequences, such as a fine, and any money that goes towards fixing any damage done should be taken from the precincts budget. Sometimes mistakes happen, can't treat every mistake as a criminal offense. Just need to have actual consequences.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 12:43 pmNot racism, but police raiding the wrong house should put whomever initiated that action on trial.Xenophon wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 11:13 amOnly 1 officer charged in the Breonna Taylor shooting. Turns out, just being black and getting shot doesn't make you an innocent victim. She was a drug dealer, living with a drug dealer, who died with a gun in her hand. Remember kids, her man shot first after the Police announced themselves. Wrong address or not, you cannot fight the police and expect to live.
Anyways, Louisville going to burn tonight.

Incompetence leading directly to state murder should carry a capital punishment.TheOneX wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 3:27 pmTrial? No, don't think anything that extreme. What am I missing here? It was a valid warrant, they had the right address, they knocked several times (verified by witnesses), no one answered so a Lt ordered the door knocked down - the victims boyfriend shot a cop in the leg severing his femeral artery - that cop shot back and three bullets went into the wrong apartment.
The victim was also a known drug dealer and the warrant was for her arrest (I think).
It’s easy to Saturday QB the shit out of the cop - but I doubt most people could have done better after being shot in the leg and on the verge of bleeding out.
If you don’t want cops doing raids, the change the fucking law - you cant order people to do these types of raids then charge them with murder when they shoot back after being shot at. Fuck this noise.

Humans are not robots, we cannot kill them just because they fail to meet an impossible standard.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 7:32 pmIncompetence leading directly to state murder should carry a capital punishment.TheOneX wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 3:27 pmTrial? Those things are what I'm referring to as capital crimes.
