Oh I’m sure. But Nintendo is notorious for doing a cease and desist demands for those types of apps.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 8:05 amYou still have to get the roms on your own. MS Just bought Activision and Blizzard... This should be interesting. MS Gaming CEO is saying that he wants to bring old titles back... Hexen, Caesar, or Zork are three of my most looked forward titles.

As if acquiring Bethesda’s mother company Zenimax wasn’t enough, Microsoft continues gobbling up video game franchises, this time by acquiring Activision Blizzard. This acquisition makes Microsoft the third biggest gaming company on Earth, just behind Tencent and Sony. The Activision Blizzard purchase opens up a treasure trove of IPs at Microsoft’s disposal. The obvious assumption one would make here is these IPs will be Xbox-exclusive, or at least Xbox-prioritized moving forward. These IPs range from Tony Hawk games to Crash Bandicoot and Call of Duty – a big library of games that gamers love. Some of these games have had their time as Sony console-exclusives in the past, too. How the tables have turned. Here are all of the IPs that come with the Activision Blizzard acquisition by Microsoft.

Yay…. More consolidation.
More micro transactions and NFT nonsense until the Second Video Game Crash.
We have to go through a period of ETs before we get Super Mario.

MS isn't much into the microtransaction game, that is more Activision and Blizzard. People are actually saying that this purchase may actually curb that mentality.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 3:08 pmYay…. More consolidation.
