Because ventilators in many cases have done more harm then good. If a case requires a ventilator that person is in bad shape already.

No, you should not be anywhere except the bottom of the triage list if you deliberately infect yourself in one of these protests. If literally any other human being is in need of those resources, no matter how lost is their cause, then that person should come before a single one of these idiots.
