Last night, my mother-in-law asked me if anything like this has ever happened to me. I said "yes, you?" Her reply: "of course."

The question is whether it ever just happened out of the blue, by a near-stranger, with no reason to think that you would enjoy it.Kath wrote:Last night, my mother-in-law asked me if anything like this has ever happened to me. I said "yes, you?" Her reply: "of course."

More often than not, it's men in positions of authority, like bosses at work. Hasn't happened in awhile. Mostly when I was in my late teens and throughout my 20's and 30's.GrumpyCatFace wrote:The question is whether it ever just happened out of the blue, by a near-stranger, with no reason to think that you would enjoy it.Kath wrote:Last night, my mother-in-law asked me if anything like this has ever happened to me. He doesn't have authority to do that. Congress gets to make its' own rules. Worst part of the constitution, IMO.C-Mag wrote:

That's the only reason that we don't have a king/emperor by now.Kath wrote:He doesn't have authority to do that. Congress gets to make its' own rules. Worst part of the constitution, IMO.C-Mag wrote:

That doesn't really answer the question though. Has it ever happened completely out of the blue, or were there 'missed signals' involved?Kath wrote:More often than not, it's men in positions of authority, like bosses at work.
