I have been avoiding the news because lately we are living with such dipshit negativity, all the time. Although the stuff that I do read/ listen to are from reputable sources.

If there's one thing we cannot tolerate from "the news," it's "negativity."

Reality just *can't* be this bad; once the good guys finally take over.

Speaking of the fake-assed news, thoughts and prayers to all you shitheads.

Prayers are not about telling God to change, they are about figuring out how to make yourself change. IMNSHO.

Not really that when your child or niece gets gunned down randomly. More like a reminder we aren't alone. Praying for change is more like something you do when seeking guidance. In this case it's more like seeking succor.

Praying for succor is a loser's game,100% of the time, IMNSHO.

Who prays to God for a change in the laws of physics, as opposed to guidance in dealing with the laws of physics?

Magical prayers lead to a quick, but not necessarily painless, death.

It's not that at all. It's a personal tragedy that basically ruins your life. It's just seeking counsel and remembering that you aren't alone.

Not only did the Air Force fail to comply with gun laws, but the Democrats actually filibustered legislation that he sponsored that would have forced them to comply with the law which might have prevented this massacre from happening.

It’s especially frustrating when, as Cruz points out, that Kelley had both a domestic violence conviction as well as a 12-month sentence that would have prevented Academy from selling him that Ruger in 2016.

So you morons blaming the NRA can STFU now, thanks.
So, wait Fife, are you telling me that DEMOCRATS- the same ones that get blame for "wanting to take our guns away....." were filibuster legislation that forced the Air Force to report this man to the authorities so he won't be able to buy a gun?

Huh, I am really confused here because Democrats all the time get blame for wanting to do the opposite with guns.
This regulation doesn't "take" guns, it prevents those that shouldn't have them. Democrats don't want that because they want the bloodshed and violence so they can confiscate guns.
