"Just right" is accurate, as far as it goes, but is non-responsive. What's the number?

you do and just copy and paste the video link after v=tue4t wrote:Admittedly used to believe in climate change pretty seriously about 10 years ago but the evidence for keeps gets shakier while the evidence against keeps getting stronger.
One of the biggest things for me was knocking out the assumption that climate change would even be a significant net negative,

Re: Climate Denier Hard To Refute
I was sucked into "Climate Change," but as an engineer, I kept wondering where the solutions were because what was being offered was purely political. I consciously started searching out Climate Change opinions, and in the end, my only conclusion is that it's a very subtle Marxist plot. Each time a trusted news organization, such as CNN, was shown to be totally pushing an agenda contrary to fact, I became a little more Climate Change jaded.
p.s. The Google newsfeed is also a lost cause: the majority of their sources are Washington Post & New York Times, both totally captured by The Left.

The science behind it does not care what the media does. If the media sources are being whipped back on message, it doesn't invalidate the findings.Martin Hash wrote:I was sucked into "Climate Change," but as an engineer, I kept wondering where the solutions were because what was being offered was purely political. Dude, this thread is full of "science" that refutes Climate Change. You have to listen to both sides if you're going to have an opinion.GrumpyCatFace wrote:The science behind it does not care what the media does. Yes, and there is no shortage of data on the other side. This isn't my first discussion on climate change.Martin Hash wrote:Dude, this thread is full of "science" that refutes Climate Change. It's a fact, it's done, the issue was resolved decades ago. There was a point when we might have done something about it, but that's over now. All that's left is to score political points as the asteroid approaches.

Your nihilist attitude is not unjustified BUT there probably is no catastrophic Climate Change.GrumpyCatFace wrote:It's a fact, it's done, the issue was resolved decades ago. Which do you think will happen first, the U.S. experiencing a civil war between The Right & The Left, or Climate Change?

Climate change isn't an event, it's a process, and it's already started. Have you not noticed that your locale breaks heat records every single year (regardless of where you live). The growing season has already shifted, rain and snowfall amounts have changed, and storms are much stronger than they used to be.Martin Hash wrote:Your nihilist attitude is not unjustified BUT there probably is no catastrophic Climate Change.GrumpyCatFace wrote:It's a fact, it's done, the issue was resolved decades ago. This is no longer a question of "if". Ask your older friends about the weather, and you will get (maybe) 1 saying it's not different, right before he launches into a tirade about "liberals".

p.s. In fact, the PNW, where I live, has had greater Climate Changes than these during the late 1980s up to about 2000.
p.p.s. If you have ANY kind of scientific brain at all, you know better than to let your personal experience dictate the timeframe. My god, man, watch that last video I posted. The guy slam-dunks it.
p.p.p.s. Of course, there's Climate Change! Wouldn't you be surprised if there wasn't given Earth's history?

Re: Climate Denier Hard To Refute
The thing that really dispelled a lot of the hysteria for me was when I got interested in the paleolithic and learned what real climate change looks like.
Humans have already survived a climate change event none of us really can imagine. One that makes even the ridiculous projections of the climate change alarmists look tame by comparison.
