News from a recent SHARP training session.

Sexting is a federal crime, even if it's between married adults.

Anything offensive, even if it's found in your home, can be used to file a SHARP complaint. If a soldier breaks into your home and is offended by a poster of a girl in a bikini on your wall, you can be stripped of rank and thrown out of the Army.

If you are having a private conversation and someone else eavesdrops and is offended, you're out, even if you're talking to your wife in your house.

In other news, promotion points for April have nearly hit rock bottom as the Army tries to fill vacated slots.

About a year before I got out of the Army, we had a SHARP session where we had to watch a TED talk where the speaker said that the fault of rape falls on every male, period. Every male on the planet is responsible for every rape, and will be until there are no more rapes. It doesn't surprise me one iota that soldiers subjected to this shit don't want to stay in.

The Marine Commandant just got grilled over this on the House Floor today. He had to admit he didn't know how deep the problem was, but he would find out.......................... basically had to tell Congress, your smart, I'm stupid, it was kind of ugly. As I understand it some of these pics are by "peeping toms." So that kind of invasion on a military installation is a huge deal now standard sexting, I know we are not supposed to say this but these are young people being stupid young people.

I heard showerers and changing rooms but passed out sleeping is still pretty bad.
