I swear I've never seen so much whining over light moderation on a message board, and I've been posting on message boards with whiny posters for near 15 years. I propose that anyone who disagrees with the moderating style here at the MHF kindly assert their liberty and show themselves out.

If the moderators also obeyed their own arbitrary rules and didn't selectively enforce those rules depending upon whether the offended person is their friend or enemy..

Then you have no principles and actually agree with moderators unfair moderation in the first place. Being a jackass isn't grounds for censorship, there is no rule against that.

Was there? I don't remember that being official, I recall a more unofficial standard. If that was an official rule, it hasn't been consistently enforced, that's for sure.
