Why did "Current Events" turn into "Free Speech Space"?

The whole area is called "Free Speech Space."

We're getting most of our new lurker traffic from people who don't know who Dan Carlin is, they just read StA & Nuke then email me about how offended they are. I respond that this is NOT a "Safe Space," this forum is an unmoderated "Free Speech Space." There's a bunch of people who don't like that.

Someone in the Hash admin needs to leak those messages.

This would have been back on the DCF, but I once had a dirt easy assignment to pick out examples of a variety of fallacies I saw used in daily life. I went on here for the big ones and just had to pick the right thread, but CNN comments were the best.
