I don't think anybody on this forum has any contact with women, I mean "women," as per society. Go to a Democratic meeting. Read what ooky, MilSpecs & Penner post. I am a Director of Infrastructure, I deal with women all the time dealing with quite a bit, and even attempted to get bitten once or twice by them through the corporate system. You need a good HR to stand up to that...
