Guys like DB will always throw other men under the bus for female approval. That's not going to change until he makes contact with the family court system and has his children taken from him because of his sex. I just shrug it off at this point.
I am a Director of Infrastructure, I deal with women all the time dealing with quite a bit, and even attempted to get bitten once or twice by them through the corporate system. You need a good HR to stand up to that...
You also need to be able to slap them once or twice and tell them to stop being a bitch as well, but we know that's never going to happen.
