Such a huge crowd from such angle is an easy target. High powered semi-automatic weapon would do the trick. Just move your finger. Perhaps have a second weapon when the barrel is becomes too hot. This guy had set up his perch days in advance and you can see what sort of angle he had on the crowd, enfilade from above with a very good chance of the rounds coming up out of the road--you can actually hear some of the ricochets tearing into the crowd in the videos C-Mag and I were watching early this morning. I think C pegged it--fully auto AR-15 with 100 round drums changed out pretty quickly. He could hardly miss at that angle.
