Identifying with my people does not mean I would fight for slavery. Supporting a constitutional convention to return to a confederation does not mean supporting slavery.

But supporting abortion rights is not very different from supporting slavery rights. The exact same arguments were used to rationalize and justify both. Both dehumanize their victims while appealing to their own rights. You are the confederate here.
