Its not just the SALT, its people who itemize deductions, people who have a mortgage, people who own property, who are going to get screwed as well.

As much as I love the triggering factor of his tweets I can't help but wonder what he's covering for that the rest of the govt apparatus is screwing us with in the meantime

Well, we are headed for a great divorce while the federal government implodes, so we might as well try to enjoy it. I think of it as a preview of the hilarity that will ensue when places like California have nothing to stop them from carrying out their marxist dreams.
