Wow, you managed to miss the point of that one too.. It's about the superficiality of high school "coolness".Speaker to Animals wrote:Another hit song that told the truth about how females operate and most men just didn't get it.
Real talk, you have GOT to get some more friends.

Dude, the entire video was males being treated like rapists and criminals when the females were the real predators. That song is literally about male utility and disposability.

It's about the hostile environment of high school. The girls are catty, the guys are jocks, and they're all cooler than you. Also about the stupidity of dating in high school. Everybody's just trying to put points on the scoreboard.Speaker to Animals wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:Wow, you managed to miss the point of that one too.. Hontar: We must work in the world, your eminence. The world is thus.
Altamirano: No, Señor Hontar. Thus have we made the world... thus have I made it.

This came up for some reason - had to play it for Nerd. He'd never heard it. Who remembers?

I had that record player, I think. Pretty sure that's the one my grandpa bought me when I was about five.
He bought me records with good songs, however. Like Puff the Magic a dragon and Snoopy and the Red Baron. No shaving cream song.
