Why doesn't GOP brainwashing work? Why does it seem like the DNC is taking over everywhere? Why do educated people pick the DNC knowing that their policies are going to make the state unlivable for people making $100k-$250k? - that may seem like a lot to some, but that's a meager income to try an raise a family of 3.5 in CT on....

Seriously, many households are at breaking points bc of the two recent property tax increases.....and it's getting pretty dam hard to sell homes in the $350-$550 range since the only people moving into the state are doing so for government handouts or for sub $60K jobs....

Really, I thought it was obvious, we fucking working... that's why. Those people who show up for the DNC in elections where very little is decided don't work, or are working part-time jobs in where they suck off the tit of the state and get money from their beloved masters.... can vote because they have the majority of their day free. While the rest of us have to work to keep a roof over our heads, and food on our tables that make "too much money" don't have the free time during a workday to take time off or leave early to vote.

Make elections on the weekend, or make it a national holiday, and you'll see real turnouts.

Not buying that....polling stations were open till 8pm...and absentee ballots were easily available....The while upper middle class voted for the DNC...and I can't figure out why.....I get it...people hate the Donald....but the CT DNC has driven us into the ground.....

Most people I work with (and they are in the higher end of the pay scale) said themselves by the time they get home the polls will be closed. We get out of Boston by 5:00 to 6:00 and we don't get home till 8:00 on average.

To get to a polling station after dealing with the bastardization we call public transport, you have got to be kidding me... people that work don't always, or are not given time to vote...

If you can't figure out why the Democrats won there, perhaps that is the problem that needs to be resolved first? Figuring that out, you'll be able to retire by the next election.
