Re: Trump's SCOTUS
Well, there is at least one sort of evidence that would provide proof that Ford's published accusations are untrue and without basis in fact. She could admit that she was a tool of some manipulators and libel was published in her name without her approval.
Not likely, I expect . . . but certainly possible, and worth asking some questions about, IMNSHO.

Need I remind you that Rod Rosenstein has admitted to discussing usurping the president and is still DAG. Prying these people away from their well entrenched support mechanism is formidable.

IMO, we shouldn't let people make wild claims like this that sideline government for weeks and incite anger without that person having to answer questions under oath.Fife wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:34 amWell, there is at least one sort of evidence that would provide proof that Ford's published accusations are untrue and without basis in fact. You act like fairness matter? When are you going to realize it doesn't? If you don't like that type of society, well then, you need to make some decisions.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:44 amFucking go make similar allegations about your town mayor and see where that gets your ass.

Andy McCabe is undergoing some exquisitely intense mental and emotional strain right about now, I expect. How far out over his skis is Rosenstein?
Interesting times we are blessed with.

It is a very tough job. The initial progress has actually been pretty good. Rosenstein is last major player left in the coup, but there is a long way to go. I don't think we really solve this until we reform the Senior Executive Service. That's the breeding ground for the swamp.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:41 amNeed I remind you that Rod Rosenstein has admitted to discussing usurping the president and is still DAG. Well, certainly if the allegations are phony and Ford is a stooge, the DNC cannot let her anywhere near a microphone or camera. It would seem the DNC would just have to hope that the stink of multiple allegations (false though they be) are enough to derail the nomination, or get enough juice into the midterms to make the whole boondoggle worthwhile.
Now, an FBI investigation into the underlying facts of the 2018 fakery and fraud -- that would be a real thing, but only if there is someone with motivation+balls running the show.

Insomuch as fairness does not matter we inch towards civilizational collapse. If fairness does not matter, then we might as well return to vengeance instead of justice.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:46 amYou act like fairness matter? People complaining about Ford's security while dismissing the injustice to Kavennaugh need some self-reflection time.
