Reining Calder Cup champs still competitive.

They are missing Andreas MVP Johnsson mind you.

Sandin looking dangerous on the back end tho.

He's relentlessly getting scoring chances or setting them up.

Sandin is already the best player on the Marlies,

Jeremy Bracco is the real deal,

Not a superstar.

Poor man's Marner.

Adam Brooks scores his second of the game.

Dubas sleeper pick/project.

92nd overall.

250 points in his last two seasons in junior.

Not much of a physical specimen.

None the less has the high hockey IQ Dubas prizes.

The fact that he isn't much of a physical specimen, yet has the hockey sense to score, speaks to his NHL player potential.

See, the big goon from the Amerks just took a dumb penalty going after Brooks.

They know Brooks is dangerous.

Again, he's not much to look at, but that 250 point player from junior is starting to produce at the AHL level.

Rosen can definitely skate.

In terms of a stop gap J-Gards internal replacement, Rosen definitely has the skating.

He's got elite talent, it's just a question of can he handle himself down low under an NHL forecheck.

Not that explosively offensive, more of a puck mover.

He's not going to be able to match up head to head with bruisers.

More of a sidestep the hit and move the puck out of trouble quickly, controlled exits and entries kind of guy.

Marlies upset Rochester.

Rochester owned them in the regular season, but the Marlies sweep the Amerks in three, advance to the second round.

Go Sandin Go.

Game 7 Double Overtime, Buncha Jerks played better in the first Overtime but Caps started to snap out of the funk towards the end. The Hockey Gods will decide this one.
