Everything in Belgium comes with fries, and all fries in Belgium comes with mayo, even at McDonald's. You have to specifically request ketchup, and if you do, they think you are a Philistine, or an American, which is the same thing for all intents and purposes.

There shouldn't be any reason not to love French cultural. I mean it's basically all about food, not working, and classy movies. IMO, you can't go wrong. Plus, they gave us French Fries:

Australia has produced a few, INXS for example.
Also I believe ABBA did quite well in the 70's and 80's when I was being a punk rocker.
But on the whole I'd agree that the Anglo-American music alliance has produced the best music (except disco and country and western of course)

You say that like it's a bad thing, Belgian frittes with mayonnaise is one of the finest food combinations the world has to offer......Far superior to our soggy white chips with salt and vinegar over here.
