In the safe zone, eh? No flipper babies on the West Mount, tru enough, probably safer than Burlington actually, due to the prevailing winds.StCapps wrote:I live above that though, I'm on the West Mountain yo.Smitty-48 wrote:It's a giant trailer park built on top of a toxic waste dump.heydaralon wrote:A quick google search told me that Hamilton third best city in Canada for women to live in, which flooded me with relief. Aah, two points in the bank, in a game that could have easily gone completely off the rails, not so entertaining, but plenty sweet enough, it's a long season, just bank those points while you can, baby, easier points in October than there are in April, that's the ticket, and no Freddie Toskala moments, a shutout is a shutout, Freddie, go in peace.

Ooh, BUF at VGK on channel 53, after hours bonus hockey; go Vegas.
They got a good thing going there in Vegas, if they can just stay moderately competitive, just don't completely suck, provide some entertaining efforts, they could do like the Nashville Predators, expansion team in a non hockey market, but the arena has been packed so far, and the folks are all wearing their VGK apparel; so far so good for Bill Foley & Co.

Varly and after such a hot start too. Only a matter of time before he tears his groin again anyway and when he does, we'll get that top 5 pick.Smitty-48 wrote:Who was it, Varlamov, or Johnny Burns?StCapps wrote:Avs give up four straight, down 4-1, there is the Avs I know.

Ridiculous that they didn't expose him, no chance VGK was going to take him, they were going to take Fleury all along. Ah well, your loss is the Leafs gain, Calvin Pickard; best player on the Marlboros already.StCapps wrote:Varly and after such a hot start too. The Avs are incompetent enough to make it so.Smitty-48 wrote:Ridiculous that they didn't expose him, no chance VGK was going to take him, they were going to take Fleury all along.
