My boss just came in to ask me if it was OK to just peek at it real quick with his unprotected eyes.

It's getting dark here. Glad I am not with the non-total eclipse peasants.

We get a partial just before sunset in about an hour and 20 mins.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Perfectly clear here for the partial, most noticeable effect is the sudden drop in temperature, it was sweltering hot a few minutes ago, and just like that, it's borderline cool now.
