Even an Airburst version would not even touch where I live... that being said, we'd feel it, but it doesn't mean squat. Oh and by the way, if you don't think Boston is high on the hit list, don't kid yourself, the Russians will have at least two full missile throw weights targeting the entire region, at least one SLBM and an ICBM just to make sure, the greater Boston area would eat something like 16-24 800 Kt MIRVs.
