Katrina was a flood event only because the levees failed worse than they were supposed to, and not to mention the upgrades that were meant to happen, never did.

Marina didn't cause a catastrophe, the government of PR caused it by not being prepared.

No way to know if it's true, but Tillerson is denying it happened.

Tillerson himself also blasted the report, denying a rift and asserting his "commitment" to the administration. He said he never considered resigning.

I've learned to be self-independent because when I asked for help I was told I didn't need it, so I had to take myself out of the picture and have my wife and son get help while I got none.

He told Puerto Rico they were lucky because so many didn't die like in Katrina. But Katrina was nothing like Maria. Maria was a wind event, Katrina was a surge event. It's well known that people die more in surge than wind events.

He told Puerto Rico that they didn't have a catastrophe.

He told Puerto Ricans that they threw the budget out of whack.

Fact: PR is lucky that so many didn't like in Katrina (Yes or No) Screw that they were different storms (DUHH)... and guess what different years apart tii.

Fact: PR didn't have a catastrophe made by a storm, it was made by man by not being prepared for it.
