We are one of the very few places where someone can talk about these things without being drown out by the opposition yet no one joins, and even the people who I thought were on our side don't post here. I have NO INDICATION there is any kind of pent-up opposition just waiting for some way to act.
If the Democrats are smart they will continue to slow boil us. Most people won't even realize what is happening until most of our liberties are gone. By then the opposition will be too weak to win a fight to regain those liberties.
The best hope for us and liberty is that they go too far, too fast and wake up the masses. Not wake them up to where they see what is happening, but wake them to the point where their instincts for survival kick in.
Communism lasted until they couldn't bake enough bread. They killed 10s of millions with no "kick in."
Gulag Archipelago features a pretty good look at their rollout plan. This feels similar to the very earliest stages, but I don’t see this going that far without a violent revolution involved.
Also, they’re missing a Charismatic Leader, or any sort of real general momentum, outside of the coastal cities and media.
This is a bitch-ass version of communist revolution.

They never seem to kill enough communists to kill the ideology tho.
Without fail some survive starvation, purges, state executions, and prison camps so they can make their way to a free nation - and agitate for REAL communism to be given a chance.

It's either that or consider yourself a loser because somebody else has a better life.
p.s. There aren't a whole lot of those that escaped who still believe in Communism; those usually stay.

Fair point. I guess it may be the human condition that keeps people bitter, entitled, jealous, and greedy - and keeps the envious soul fertile for the promises of Communism.
