For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Monte is just trying to take the focus off the fact that the UK death rate is twice as high as the US. Boris got sick, but Trump is still holding press conferences every day....like a boss.
