"free trade" is a euphamism for the indefensible, much like "pro-choice".

These trade deals, as they are written, enforced, and practiced, are nothing more than job offshoring deals. Other nations agree to buy our debts in exchange for our jobs. That is what "free trade" means. It is neither trade nor freedom. They are literally job export agreements.

Use clear language.

I like that language isn't purely utilitarian but that comes with a cost. And all sides of the political spectrum use bullshit words. It would be nice to mean what you say and do as you say etc. I wonder why "Conservatives" don't just call themselves "Traditionalist". Sounds so much better than "Paleo Conservative" or anything else. Its like its not cool to be traditional and hasn't been since the 1940s and yes I know there is an obscure actual philosophical school called traditionalist but that not what or how most people think about the term. Hell I call myself more of a traditionalist than a conservative. Why? Because I believe in God, marriage, and history.
